Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ManyBoost FZCO, operator of SALTEN, covering use of the service, subscriptions, acceptable use and liability.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SALTEN you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SALTEN on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ManyBoost FZCO operates SALTEN, an AI search analytics tool that runs scheduled prompts on third-party AI assistants and produces derived metrics. Those assistants may change, rate-limit or block access at any time; we do not guarantee uninterrupted collection from any engine.
3. Subscriptions, trial and billing
Plans and limits are agreed with your manager in the WhatsApp chat. Subscriptions are simple monthly plans billed in advance via Stripe, with applicable taxes included.
Failed payments trigger a short grace period, after which data collection pauses until payment is resolved.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute raw collected answers, use the service to breach a third party’s rights or terms beyond what the service itself performs, attempt to access other customers’ data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the prompts, brands, configuration and exports you create. ManyBoost FZCO retains all rights in the service, its software and aggregated, non-identifying statistics. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
6. Disclaimers
SALTEN is provided "as is" and "as available". AI assistants can produce inaccurate or changing output, and derived metrics are estimates; we do not warrant that results are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyBoost FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination, data is retained for 90 days and can be exported, then deleted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the free zone in which ManyBoost FZCO is registered. Disputes are subject to the competent courts or arbitration rules of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
